MY APPROACH
It is possible that you may be facing challenges that can feel overwhelming. I will be here to listen, understand, and support you every step of the way. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for personal growth and healing. My approach is to create a collaborative partnership where we work together towards your goals.
Many people come to therapy feeling inadequate or comparing themselves to others. It's important to remember that everyone's experiences are unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution. In our sessions, we will explore your personal story, including your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can work together to identify any self-defeating patterns or beliefs that may be hindering your progress. I will also provide you with tools and strategies to help you develop self-awareness, build resilience and flourish.

Working with you
I work with a wide variety of clients from a diverse range of backgrounds, presenting with various symptoms and challenges. I view each client as an individual who is engaged in their own personal struggle with what it means to be human in a particular situation, body, family, culture, sexual and gender identity, society and time.
As an integrative trained therapist, I draw on various theoretical orientations to create a flexible and tailored treatment approach to meet your needs. In particular, I am informed by the following therapeutic approaches:
Person centred and relational perspectives
Psychodynamic and attachment perspectives
Cognitive behavioural perspectives

“The therapeutic relationship is the most important tool in psychotherapy.”
